Hyatt Place Chicago River North

Had a great stay in a well located downtown location with lots of food and shopping close by.

The hotel has great staff and location, I appreciated it.

Everything was nice, we had peaceful 4 days here.

Overall it is a pretty standard hotel and we liked our stay, the location was unbeatable near restaurant for wedding party dinner.

The hotel is contemporary, it has excellent location and staff. Lots of options for breakfast including cereal and fruit.

The hotel is hip new and reasonably spacious with courteous staff members.

The restaurant was good and the staff were knowledgeable!

It was clean place, staff where pleasant, and I loved my well laid out room. Its location was central, walking distance to House of Blues Stage.

the staff is understanding, the breakfast warm, the ocation is decent adjacent to downtown chicago as well as all the attractions in the city. it is located very close to illinois & clark bus station.

Sports bar and staff was efficient. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Magnificent Mile district. There also was complimentary parking and excellent pool. The place was chic, no complaint, 100% recommend.

The hotel was brand-new and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was perfect close to shopping area. Updated, convenient rooms. Great service and responsive staff.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip. It was central and close to a night club.

Suburban place to stay while in Chicago. Everything here was exceptional, and the weather was mild, loved it. The staff were VERY OBLIGING and it took us 25 minutes' walk to reach downtown.

Check in was quick, I loved lovely location and lovely rooms. The breakfast spread was complementary, there were plenty of healthy options. The staff was VERY COMPETENT from my arrival up until I left.

I had an extra special stay here and totally recommend. A generous sized room and an exceptionally good location, great value for money. The sky bar was complete with karaoke and cigarettes. Lots of supplies in the room : coffee, WiFi and terrace. This royal hotel was near the beach...

Every detail about this gorgeous hotel was superb, including rooms and staff. Beds were lovely, I loved it. Convenient access to the sandy beach located near the venue.

Extraordinary rooms and an above average breakfast. Loved satellite TV, WiFi and terrace in the room. Such an excellent service too. A fully equipped hotel in Chicago.

I enjoyed the beachfront location plus the staff was willing to help. Top class breakfast options and BRILLIANT view. Great value for money, I would recomand this place.

Everything was perfect as always. Spent my time really good here, I loved it. I had queen room which was elegant, super bed. I only stayed 2 nights, but the hotel staff was always available - ticked all the boxes for me. The breakfast was savoury and abundant, great value for money. Amazing service, small restaurant on site.

Stuff was very careful and full English breakfast was freshly cooked. The carbonated drinks in rooftop bar were very welcome. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was efficient.

Beachfront location, good sized bedrooms with an excellent view. I slept so comfy in the cozy bed. The traditional restaurant was amazing and their staff was skilled. Free hot drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

Hotel is fully equipped, I loved ideal staff and location. Comfortable bedroom. Welcoming lobby. Magnificent Mile district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

This is a family run spotless hotel providing warm rooms. It has decent location easy walk to House of Blues Stage;)))

would recommend this place to all, i loved it. it's in an elegant building in the very pleasant area.

Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Found a place called Maggiano's Little Italy, set a couple of blocks away the hotel, ate there a few times. This property is equal to 3 stars.

Tbh, the street was usually noisy.

The hotel was only 1 mile from millennium park. Within short walking distance to Beatrix, where you can have lunch. A chilled-out base for our city trip, would definitely visit it again.

Really good breakfast with a GREAT selection choices. The hotel was set within a walking distance of wrigley field.

Xoco was set 5 minutes walk away. The staff was as usual kindly. We liked location and facilities here.
